Bach & Bubbly House

A one-of-a-kind Austin villa where every space has its own vibe. Swim by a mural-backed pool & hot tub, lift in the garage gym, or crash in 5 themed bedrooms - from the jungle queen to the pink glam hideout with neon lights and cowboy hats. With a luxe primary suite, bunk room, and a top floor that glows, this retreat was made for groups to spread out and have fun. Minutes from the UT football stadium, Moody Center, downtown, and Zilker Park, this fully fenced home puts Austin at your doorstep.

Step into a home that’s more than just a stay - it’s an experience. Out front, the pool pops with a colorful mural backdrop, instantly setting the vibe for sunny afternoons and long, laughter-filled evenings. On cooler evenings, gather the crew and unwind in the oversized hot tub built for 12. Inside, the living room and kitchen flow together to keep your group connected, while the first floor adds a jungle-themed queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The garage doubles as a private gym - fully stocked with weights, a mini fridge, and a glowing LED sign that makes even workouts feel like an event.

The second floor layers in style and comfort. The primary suite sets a bold tone with a king bed, pink bull skull, and cow-print chair, plus its own private bathroom. Down the hall, a bedroom designed for groups packs in two bunk beds, an office nook, and room for five to stretch out. Another queen bedroom leans into a boho vibe, with a third bathroom nearby.

On the top floor, the house shifts into pure play. A queen bedroom glows under a neon sign, while the hidden glam room brings the wow factor - a pink hideout stocked with vanity mirrors, makeup tools, and rows of cowboy hats begging for photo ops. Whether you’re planning a night out or staying in, this space is your go-to for pregame prep, selfies, and unforgettable moments.

Every floor has its own energy, every room its own personality. Whether you’re poolside, in the glam room, or chilling in the upstairs lounge, this home was made for groups who want Austin with a twist - stylish, playful, and completely one of a kind.
