Out back, the heated pool is the main attraction — perfect for a dip during the day or a soak after sunset. Kick back on the daybed or loungers, fire up the grill in the full outdoor kitchen, or gather around the firepit. There’s plenty to keep your group entertained, including ping pong, cornhole, and more outdoor games. And when the sun goes down, cue up a movie on the projector screen and settle in for a backyard cinema night. Inside, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to hang out together. The living room is bright and laid-back, the dining table fits the whole crew, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, snack, or serve drinks in style. There’s even a piano and a work nook if you’re mixing play with productivity. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own unique vibe — from western-inspired decor to soft southwestern tones — and the 3 full bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, making it easy for everyone to get ready without a wait. Whether you're in town for a music festival, a friends’ trip, or just looking for a one-of-a-kind Austin home base, Sunset Saloon is the perfect place to land. Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc. *Pool heating available for a fee. Advance notice required. Exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed.* This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
