The backyard features a heated & chilled plunge pool, perfect year-round. The property is also pet-friendly when rented together, so the whole crew can come along. Minutes from South Congress and downtown, it’s an easy Austin home base for groups.

The Orange Door gives your group access to the entire duplex - two side-by-side homes that function as one spacious retreat while still offering separation when you want it.

Each unit has its own entrance, living room, kitchen, and dining area, making it easy for larger groups to gather while still having space to spread out. In total, the property offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, with each home featuring a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a full bed.

Both units feature the same modern contemporary design with vaulted ceilings, bright living spaces, and fully equipped kitchens.

Outside, each home has its own private backyard. One backyard offers a quiet patio space, while the other features a heated & chilled plunge pool with lounge seating - perfect for cooling off on hot Austin days or warming up on cooler evenings.

Guests have access to the entire duplex, including both homes and their respective private backyards. This includes all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, and the backyard with the heated & chilled plunge pool.

The two units have separate entrances, allowing your group to move freely between both spaces while still enjoying privacy within each home.

Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 9 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
