A swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, full turf soccer field, grass pickleball, ping pong, BBQ grills, and cornhole all on one East Austin lot. Inside, two wildly different design worlds packed with personality. Outside, enough to keep 24 people busy all weekend long. This is Wonderland. Come play.
Wonderland is two homes, side by side - each with its own front door and its own vibe. Inside they couldn't be more different. Outside, a sliding gate between the yards opens up and suddenly it's one giant playground.
Unit A
Unit A has a moody, designed feel the moment you walk in. The living room is dark and warm - navy walls and a layout that's made for hanging out. The kitchen flows right into it, open and fully stocked, with barstool seating at the peninsula for the group that wants to stay close while someone cooks.
Bedrooms
Four bedrooms sleeping 12. The primary has a king bed, a private ensuite with bold geometric tile that covers every inch of the walls, and enough personality to make you forget you're not in a boutique hotel. The queen room is warm and colorful with its own closet. The double room has two full beds and a sliding glass door that opens straight to the backyard. The bunk room fits 4 across two twin-over-twin bunks, has its own private ensuite glass shower.
Unit B
Unit B is louder, brighter, and immediately fun. The living room is built around music - record shelves line the walls with classic albums on display, there's a record player on the credenza, and a "PUT YOUR RECORDS ON" sign that pretty much sets the tone for the whole stay. The kitchen is open and flows right into the living space - fully stocked with a butcher block island and room for everyone to be in it at once.

Three bedrooms sleeping 12. The primary has a king bed and a sliding glass door that opens straight to the pool - one of the better wake-up situations you'll find. It has its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom fits 6 comfortably across two twin-over-full bunk beds, and the second has two full beds, bright walls, and a calm, clean finish - good for whoever needs a quieter corner.
The Backyards
Open the sliding gate and both yards connect into one big outdoor space. On Unit A's side you've got the hot tub tucked under the trees, the fire pit with seating all around it, cornhole, and a gas grill. On Unit B's side there's the in-ground pool, two long picnic tables under big teal umbrellas, ping pong, more cornhole, bean bag lounges, and another gas grill. String lights run through both yards. It's a lot of space and a lot to do - which is exactly the point.
The Front Yard
Before you even get to the backyards, Unit B's front yard is already competing for your time. A turf field with soccer goals on each end, balls included - and a grass pickleball court set with paddles ready to go. It's the kind of setup that makes you want to drop your bags and play before you even unpack.
Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, rideshare, etc.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.

We had both houses and they matched the description & pictures. Check in was easy & efficient. The one minor issue we ran into was resolved promptly. Entire space was large enough for multiple couples and kids. Pool was a great, central gathering place for the group during the hot days. No safety concerns during entire stay, neighbors were chill. No issues with SUV parked on street. Hosts were responsive & friendly. Would return & recommend.

This Airbnb created an amazing experience for me and my family during my daughter's graduation weekend. There was plenty of room and alot of activities at the house. The host were amazing!!!!! We definitely will be renting this Airbnb again I highly recommend.
