The house opens up. A wall of glass runs across the back of the living room, and when it slides open the whole ground floor becomes one long room that ends at the pool.

The living room is built for a crowd. Leather sectional, two lounge chairs, a bar along the back wall with a beverage fridge. There's a record player on the credenza and a wall of albums beside it.

The kitchen sits open to it all - blue glazed tile, a long quartz island with seating for 5. It's fully stocked, so whether you're making coffee or cooking for the whole house, everything's already here.

Off the living room, the theater. Deep navy walls, acoustic panels, 6 leather recliners with tray tables, surround sound, an Xbox, and a popcorn machine. It's the one room in the house that goes dark on purpose.

Upstairs, the primary has a king bed, windows on three sides, and a sliding wall of glass to a covered balcony with a hammock, two chairs, and the downtown skyline over the treeline. The ensuite has a double vanity and a walk-in marble shower. There's a sit-stand desk with an Aeron chair in the hallway if you need to work.
